About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level US market and brand strategies into detailed, executable roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of US consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Own the tracking and reporting of US-specific KPIs, including AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, and CAC.
  • Serve as an operational liaison for global marketing teams to ensure effective localization of US-specific campaigns.
  • Partner with product and merchandising teams to align the US product roadmap with domestic market needs.
  • Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through post-mortem analysis using Asana.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey on iHerb.com.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic e-commerce growth, digital growth, or performance optimization roles.
  • Proven ability to translate data and high-level strategy into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and growth modeling to justify business cases.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence partners across the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management via Asana or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Hyper-analytical mindset with a record of using business metrics to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in the health, wellness, or VMS (vitamins, minerals, and supplements) industry.
  • Broad knowledge of e-commerce marketing platforms including CRM, CMS, CDP, and paid media.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial DTC or digital commerce environment.
