US Expansion Layout Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop AutoCAD/Revit drawings for all equipment installations, de-facilitations, and relocations
• Maintain timely ramp plan layouts to optimize existing and future equipment layouts
• Represent fab areas and coordinate design relocations, upgrades, remodels, and expansions
• Partner with Facilities, Site/Global Engineering, and Fab Support/Automation teams to ensure layout feasibility
• Identify project requirements, develop timelines, and hold collaborators accountable for deliverables
• Compose and deliver presentations to articulate sophisticated issues and propose solutions to a broad audience

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a layout planning role

Preferred Qualifications

• Sophisticated skills in AutoCAD and intermediate skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Advanced data extraction, analysis, and visualization skills (SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Intermediate understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environment and infrastructure
• Experience turning ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions in a multi-functional environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects in parallel
