About the role
Responsibilities
- Support senior analysts in evaluating equity investments within the US Equity Technology sector through fundamental research
- Construct, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts to support investment recommendations
- Conduct industry research and provide company-specific analysis to support actionable investment decisions
- Collaborate with sector analysts, regional teams, and portfolio managers to provide industry insights
- Assist in communicating research and investment ideas to Portfolio Managers
- Participate in interactions with company management teams and review industry publications and sell-side research
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in investment management or financial services
- Proficiency with Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
- Prior exposure to equity research or investment analysis, ideally within the Technology sector
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress toward CFA, MBA, or CPA designation
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and accounting principles
- Demonstrated interest in equity investing and global financial markets
