Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Desk Head, driving high-priority initiatives and ensuring alignment across trading, technology, risk, and business support teams
• Apply structured problem-solving to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and drive data-informed solutions
• Lead high-priority projects such as product expansions, business planning cycles, and operational improvement programs
• Own goal tracking, milestones, and the desk's operating rhythm including meetings and action items
• Build knowledge of market structure, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to shape strategic priorities
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and coordinate with recruitment teams to improve pipelines
• Monitor and assess team culture and dynamics, serving as a sounding board to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional execution, or structured problem-solving (e.g., management consulting)
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics
• Ability to deliver results in unstructured and ambiguous environments
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong STEM background (Physics, Math, Econometrics, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Equities or financial markets experience is a plus but not required
