US Channel Business Planner

Responsibilities

• Own sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive business execution
• Design and deploy sales coverage, quota, and compensation plans
• Conduct complex data and business analyses to develop strategic business plans
• Construct financial models and reporting tools using diverse data sources
• Define key metrics to measure business performance and compare actuals against forecasts
• Execute market research to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection and performance measurement
• Manage ad-hoc business reporting, modeling, and special projects

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, or market research
• (Or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience)
• Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and data manipulation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL coding experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
