US Cash Sales Trader, AVP

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and achieve revenue targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with institutional clients by understanding their financial needs
• Present and pitch tailored financial products and services to clients
• Execute client orders efficiently while ensuring best execution standards
• Facilitate market liquidity by coordinating with trading desks and monitoring market depth and pricing
• Collaborate with research analysts and internal teams to provide clients with market insights
• Manage trade lifecycle, including accurate booking and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Identify ways to mitigate risk and strengthen controls in alignment with governance standards

Requirements

• Experience guiding client relationships and facilitating customer trades (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, or derivatives)
• Proven ability to monitor markets and track pricing, risk, and trends in real time
• Experience working closely with traders, sales teams, and portfolio managers
• Strong background in financial markets

• Ability to develop instinctive strategies based on limited information and intuitive acumen
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex or sensitive information to stakeholders
