Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology consultations, assessments, and follow-ups
• Diagnose and manage conditions including erectile dysfunction, LUTS, BPH, and male fertility issues
• Perform and supervise low-intensity shockwave therapy (Li-SWT) and PRP
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with metabolic health profiles
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, cardiologists, and dietitians for integrated care
• Maintain accurate medical records within the GluCare EMR system
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance standards
• Educate patients on lifestyle factors and treatment options

Requirements

• Medical Degree with specialization in Urology
• Valid DHA Urologist license (Specialist and/or Consultant)
• Experience in the UAE
• Experience in outpatient urology practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work part-time (10 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shockwave therapy (Li-SWT)
• Experience managing urological conditions in patients with diabetes or metabolic syndrome
• Interest in integrative, preventative, and lifestyle-oriented care models
• Familiarity with digital health tools and EMR systems
