Urogynecologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinics and procedure days across multiple locations
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgical centers
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pelvic floor disorders
• Collaborate with Urology physicians, Urogynecology colleagues, and Advanced Practice Providers
• Participate in hospital rounding and a shared rotating call schedule

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)
• MD or DO degree
• Strong background in urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotic or minimally invasive pelvic surgery
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
