Urgent Care Stabilization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis support and side by side interventions focusing on problem solving, skills training, and modeling behavior
• Deliver interventions in-office, virtually, in the community, or in client residences
• Support mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning, and evaluations
• Provide follow-up and follow-along supports for short-term treatment planning
• Perform short-term case management including managing income, insurance, and community resources
• Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification within established timeframes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
• Experience working with adults, families, or children with severe and persistent mental illness or emotional disturbances
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
