Urgent Care Physician — Center Medical Director

Responsibilities

• Deliver up-to-date, evidence-based, and compassionate care to patients
• Supervise clinical care performed by the clinician team
• Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflict, and foster a culture of communication
• Partner with the Clinic Manager to maintain high quality of care and safety standards
• Manage clinic financial performance, including billing procedures and insurance guidelines
• Perform chart audits and monthly one-to-one evaluations of clinicians
• Manage payroll targets and clinician scheduling
• Identify and participate in marketing activities to increase patient volume

Requirements

• Active MD/DO license, board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ER, urgent care, or similar setting
• 1+ year of experience leading others in a healthcare setting
• Ability to consult and treat patients of all ages
• Understanding of financial statements, P&L management, and HR business processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Base salary range: $205,530 - $289,536 annually inclusive of incentive bonus
