Urdu Quality Control Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Review completed work on-site to ensure it meets client quality and compliance standards
• Cite all issues pertaining to the quality of the work
• Create and report daily quality logs to the On-site Team Auditor or OPS Auditing manager
• Maintain a clear understanding of client guidelines and quality expectations
• Report any violations of security clean room policies
• Suggest opportunities for process improvements to management

Requirements

• US work authorization (sponsorship is not provided)
• Ability to commute to our office in Glendale, California (this is an on-site role)
• Fluent in Urdu (a language assessment will be required)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficient with PC and Google Suite
• High attention to detail and ability to identify patterns of concern
• Professional communication skills for providing clear and timely feedback
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the language service industry (translation, interpretation, transcription, or linguistics)
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
