Responsibilities

• Analyze various types of urban planning plans and documents
• Launch consultations and synthesize expert opinions
• Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility rules
• Monitor regulatory changes regarding taxation, security, and environmental procedures
• Provide high-quality information and guidance to petitioners, the public, and local authorities
• Participate in meetings and propose technical solutions
• Draft administrative decisions and procedural acts in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the legal department on contentious appeals
• Perform statistical monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in urban planning
• Mastery of regulatory urban planning procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills
• Ability to work in a network with external partners (municipalities, institutions, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oxalis software
• Experience with cart@ds
• Proficiency in GIS (SIG) and databases
