About the Company

Alvéole is a certified B Corporation on a mission to connect people with nature in cities. We partner with leading real estate companies to implement rooftop beehives and educational biodiversity programs, helping clients meet environmental goals through urban greening.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for onboarding and engagement
• Maintain honey beehives at client sites and yards, performing routine maintenance and data collection
• Execute projects including beehive installation, pest control, and pollinator-friendly garden maintenance
• Coordinate logistics for harvest, extraction, and product fulfillment
• Support city expansion through site feasibility visits and client referrals
• Represent the company mission through public speaking and educational workshops

Requirements

• Interest in pollinators, beekeeping, or ESG
• Valid driver's license held for 3+ years with a clean record
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 40 lbs
• Comfort working at heights and handling beekeeping hazards like stings
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Beekeeping experience
• Customer service experience
