Uptime Training Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials including e-learning courses, simulations, job aids, and videos to support Uptime Center agents.
• Assess course requirements and determine effective delivery methods using instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define instructional goals.
• Design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and supporting media such as audio, video, and role-plays.
• Create assessments, tests, and quizzes to measure course effectiveness.
• Maintain training project documentation, records, schedules, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty/medium-duty trucking, automotive, construction, or agriculture industries.
• Experience administering training programs.
• Subject matter expertise in online training tools.
• Strong project management skills.

• Experience in presentation and training instruction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
