Upstream Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define new products and enhancements to meet market demands within the Connectivity and Digital Health portfolio
• Lead product direction from concept to launch, including developing marketing plans, user needs, and requirements
• Conduct market research and provide product/concept justification for annual operating plans
• Direct cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and lead physician advisory boards
• Support commercial organizations by delivering launch materials and educational tools to differentiate products from competitors
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and all relevant company policies and operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Experience managing complex product portfolios and strategic product planning
• Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ability to travel approximately 15%, including international travel if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience with digital health and/or software-based product management
• Experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience working within a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model
