About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging mathematics curriculum (Geometry through Calculus) using company-created materials
- Lead small, interactive classes of up to 16 students, fostering student-led learning
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain an engaging environment for advanced learners
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback on tests
- Build positive relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (STEM-related or educational field strongly preferred)
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics
- Availability for weekday evenings (as early as 4pm) and/or Sunday afternoons
- Ability to work onsite at our Northbrook, IL campus
Preferred Qualifications
- K-12 teaching or tutoring experience
- Experience working with advanced or contest math students
