About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging mathematics curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced students
- Lead small-group classes of up to 16 students, fostering an interactive and student-led learning environment
- Manage classroom dynamics and provide high-quality feedback on tests and assignments
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journeys
- Inspire a love for critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or education
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (after-school hours starting as early as 4pm)
- Ability to work onsite at our Pleasanton, CA campus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous K-12 teaching or tutoring experience
- Experience working with advanced or high-achieving students
