About the role
Responsibilities
- Sew and produce aircraft seat coverings using premium leather materials, ensuring a perfect fit and finish
- Expertly apply leather coverings to seats while maintaining high quality and consistency
- Accurately cut foam, leather, Velcro, and other materials to specific production requirements
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Participate in production meetings, safety programs, and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Adhere to all federal, state, local, and company policies regarding safety and compliance
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma)
- Proficiency with upholstery tools including spray guns, scissors, hammers, and sewing machines
- Working knowledge of various fabric types
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
