Unreal Engine Tools Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for teams using the tools and ensure seamless integration into development workflows
• Optimize and refactor existing tools to improve performance, stability, and scalability
• Simulate high-concurrency scenarios typical of multiplayer games
• Identify opportunities for innovation in automation tools and testing practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, Automation QA, designers, and creators

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in C++
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience in Python
• 15+ years of experience with Unreal Engine
• Proficient use of Unreal Blueprints and various UE toolkits
• Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Experience with application monitoring software such as Sentry, New Relic, or Better Stack
• Understanding of multiplayer testing frameworks and load simulation tools
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine Performance and Profiling tools or NVIDIA CUDA Profiling Tools
