Odys builds safe, sustainable aircraft to cut travel time in half on the world's busiest corridors. Their flagship aircraft Alta and UAV Laila focus on commercial logistics, medical transport, humanitarian aid, and defense missions.
Responsibilities
- Capture and record all planning requirements essential to secure safe mission conduct
- Capture and report all approval requirements for European target locations
- Identify customer stakeholders and develop communication streams for planning and execution
- Define logistic requirements including aircraft transport, equipment, and crew lodging
- Develop mission planning budget frameworks and obtain stakeholder information
- Manage mission preparation and execution schedules
- Establish progress reporting dashboards and provide regular status updates
- Support on-site coordination and issue resolution during mission execution when timing allows
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
- Good understanding of the EASA regulatory framework for unmanned aircraft
- Strong interest in aircraft operations
- Excellent coordination and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment juggling multiple tasks
- Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous complex project management experience
