University Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the university recruitment process including sourcing, resume review, and interview coordination
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Design and implement creative recruiting strategies to increase brand visibility on campuses
• Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual events as a brand ambassador
• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment and closing strategies
• Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth onboarding
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and analyze recruitment metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of university recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry
• Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak cycles
• Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leveraging ATS tools
