About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the university recruitment process including sourcing, resume review, and interview coordination
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Design and implement creative recruiting strategies to increase brand visibility on campuses
- Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual events as a brand ambassador
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment and closing strategies
- Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and analyze recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of university recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry
- Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak cycles
- Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leveraging ATS tools
