Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle university recruitment processes including job postings, CV reviews, and interview management
- Identify and implement creative, impactful, and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students globally
- Represent DRW on campus to market opportunities effectively
- Partner with internal stakeholders to execute interviewing, offer generating, and closing strategies
- Provide direction and oversight to Recruiting Coordinators regarding scheduling and onboarding
- Track candidate activity and configure processes in the applicant tracking system
- Support the design and execution of the internship program to drive full-time conversions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak recruiting cycles
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous ATS experience is a plus
