University Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle university recruitment processes including job postings, CV reviews, and interview management
• Identify and implement creative, impactful, and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students globally
• Represent DRW on campus to market opportunities effectively
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute interviewing, offer generating, and closing strategies
• Provide direction and oversight to Recruiting Coordinators regarding scheduling and onboarding
• Track candidate activity and configure processes in the applicant tracking system
• Support the design and execution of the internship program to drive full-time conversions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak recruiting cycles
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous ATS experience is a plus
