University Talent Acquisition Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interface with university candidates, employees, and hiring managers to support the university recruiting cycle
• Manage and execute university recruiting processes, including job posting management, sourcing, resume review, and candidate communications
• Liaise with university career services teams and societies to plan and execute university recruitment events
• Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual events as a brand ambassador
• Partner with university recruiting, talent development, and talent operations teams to plan and execute internship programming
• Provide sourcing support by leveraging various platforms and channels to build high-quality recruitment pipelines
• Utilise applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and monitor recruitment metrics
• Provide general administrative support to the University Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in a corporate office setting, ideally in a recruiting environment
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel to core schools during peak recruiting cycles
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS is highly preferred
