University Relations Recruiting Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with target universities and student organizations
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build early-career talent pipelines
• Screen, assess, and present qualified early-career candidates to hiring managers
• Lead planning and execution of campus events, networking sessions, and student engagement initiatives
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for regional and site-specific early-career and intern hiring
• Use data insights and metrics to inform campus strategy and drive operational excellence
• Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or University Relations, OR a Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must be local to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting through offer acceptance
• Proficiency in Workday and Eightfold
• Previous talent acquisition experience in a corporate recruiting environment
• Experience supporting internship and early-career hiring
