University Relations Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with university career centers, engineering departments, and student organizations
• Identify and partner with core universities for Electrical Engineering, Material Science, and Physics programs
• Plan and host campus events including tech talks, lab tours, and hackathons
• Source, screen, and interview undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. candidates
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to understand specialized technical requirements
• Manage the full selection process from technical assessment to offer negotiation
• Design and execute summer internship programs and conversion pipelines
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with a focus on university relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Experience in semiconductor, hardware engineering, aerospace, or deep-tech manufacturing preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel 40–50% during peak recruiting seasons
