About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and co-create employer branding strategies for the Market Area Americas to target students, interns, and early-career professionals.
- Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and ambassador initiatives.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with universities, student communities, and alumni networks.
- Monitor program metrics and use data analytics to refine recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage external partners, supplier contracts, and event logistics for campus recruiting activities.
- Coordinate talent community building and recruitment activities across multiple Ericsson sites and Talent & Development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in university relations, campus recruitment, or employer branding.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable programs.
- Proven experience in program management and executing large-scale recruitment initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics to shape strategy.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, universities, and external suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, on-brand messaging.
- Experience managing supplier contracts and complex event logistics.
