University Recruitment and Sourcing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, and diversity goals.
• Execute staffing activities such as candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letter creation.
• Source top talent using diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure business needs are met.
• Promote the employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Provide analytical support for daily operations, special projects, and talent acquisition platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Four-year Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong data analysis skills to support departmental operations and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and manager collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience with Workday software.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
