About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute university recruiting strategies for assigned schools, including planning and overseeing in-person and virtual campus activities.
  • Manage budgets for respective schools and oversee campus events to meet current and future recruiting needs.
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with partners and practice professionals to deliver recruiting initiatives and share best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison for target campus contacts, including college placement offices, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Support office programs and special University Talent Acquisition (UTA) projects, such as internship programs and student group visits.
  • Analyze key trends and competitive intelligence to provide data-driven strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with KPMG policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, event planning, or professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed to support recruiting cycles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to report on results and influence decision-making.
