Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talent
• Execute on developing and automating recruiting processes
• Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• UK work permit
• Genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Comfortable speaking with people ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
• Proactive with unparalleled work ethic and high sense of urgency
