Universal Teller Jr. (Volante Jr.)

Responsibilities

• Assist Citi customers with opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and resolving complex service issues.
• Provide branch services by assisting with transaction processing at the teller window or service platform.
• Educate customers on various products and services to identify banking solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Build empathy to attract potential clients and establish long-term banking relationships.
• Manage supervisory responsibilities in the absence of managers when necessary.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience working in branch services.
• Experience in the sales of financial products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and web-based tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
