Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Process teller-based transactions following established policies and procedures
• Open new customer accounts by identifying specific needs and cross-selling bank products
• Provide customer service including greeting clients, researching inquiries, and ordering checks or debit cards
• Maintain compliance with audit, security, and Federal regulations
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and mail distribution
• Manage safety deposit box access and inventory
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• At least 1 year of customer service and cross-selling experience
• At least 1 year of teller or cash-handling experience
• Ability to enter numerical data with speed and accuracy
• Strong mathematical aptitude for daily balancing
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
