Universal Banker II

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Act as a consultative resource to assess member financial needs and recommend appropriate products like checking, savings, and IRAs
• Manage the end-to-end loan application process, including gathering documentation and notifying members of decisions
• Open and maintain consumer and business membership accounts
• Perform essential branch operations such as balancing the vault, ATM, and cash recyclers
• Document all member interactions and follow-up plans within the IRM system
• Support branch leadership by providing mentorship to retail employees and assisting with onboarding

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial branch environment or comparable retail sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong ability to interpret financial information such as credit scores, debt, and interest rates
• Knowledge of loan application processes and industry lending regulations
• Ability to pass background, credit, and drug screens
