Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality member experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Process everyday financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Handle loan administration activities, including gathering documentation and guiding members through the process.
• Identify member needs and recommend deposit and lending solutions that align with their financial goals.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts while resolving member concerns.
• Maintain compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience in a financial branch environment or comparable retail sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and team members in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to pass a background check, including credit, drug screen, and criminal background.
• Availability to work a Saturday rotation schedule and provide coverage at other branches when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with the loan application process and standard internal operating procedures.
• Knowledge of current industry market trends and competitor offerings.
