Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to segment partners
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Support branch sales and service activities through seminars, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives
• Adhere to operational, legal, and regulatory controls to ensure the safety of customer and bank assets
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Retail Banking or a similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
