Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Refer sales opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Support branch sales and service activities through seminars, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety of customer and bank assets
• Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
