Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues for internal and external customers
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and refer opportunities to segment partners
• Support branch sales and service activities through promotional campaigns and product initiatives
• Adhere to operational controls, legal, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety of customer and bank assets
• Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
