Unit Supervisor III

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts and technicians to ensure production standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory by monitoring levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular training, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development
• Coordinate with the purchasing department and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and material delivery
• Monitor performance metrics and implement production improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel and SQL
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices
• Experience with inventory management software and systems
• Good understanding of international trade laws and customs regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
