Unit Manager - RN/LPN

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care and services for patients on the assigned unit
• Supervise staff assigned to deliver patient care
• Plan and oversee Comprehensive Care Plans for patients
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in patient records
• Oversee unit care to comply with company policy and State/Federal regulations

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Indiana
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and physical examination
• Professional appearance and behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior healthcare and rehabilitation
