About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing care and services for patients on the assigned unit
- Supervise staff assigned to deliver patient care
- Plan and oversee Comprehensive Care Plans for patients
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in patient records
- Oversee unit care to ensure compliance with company policy and State/Federal regulations
Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Indiana
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening and physical examination
- Professional appearance and behavior
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in senior healthcare and rehabilitation
