Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations in collaboration with the operations manager
• Work systematically to create optimal conditions for employees to provide high-quality care
• Act as an active and contributing member of the operations management team
• Ensure professional approaches toward patients, relatives, employees, and clients

Requirements

• University degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent
• At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams within elderly care
• Proficiency in using and reporting in support systems such as medical records, planning, and payroll systems
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership training or previous leadership experience
• Experience working within privately operated healthcare services
