Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the nursing team within the out-of-hours service
• Responsible for operational planning and efficient resource utilization
• Ensure high quality and patient safety according to current guidelines and goals
• Support, coach, and develop employees through continuous dialogue and competence development
• Follow up, analyze, and manage quality work and any deviations
• Promote collaboration between different professional categories and external healthcare providers
• Actively participate in the development of routines, processes, and working methods

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Documented leadership experience within out-of-hours services covering LSS, elderly care (säbo), and social psychiatry
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
• Structured, driven, and flexible with the ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Good IT skills, preferably experience with electronic health record systems such as Take Care, Treserva, or Appva

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in out-of-hours services or similar acute healthcare operations
