Responsibilities

• Responsible for operations, quality, work environment, and economy for the ASIH unit
• Lead and develop the business alongside a fellow manager
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counselors, and coordinators
• Participate in the palliative clinic's management group
• Combine operational leadership with business development and potential clinical duties

Requirements

• Professional license within a healthcare profession
• Experience in management or leadership roles within healthcare
• Experience leading employees and operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in palliative care
• Experience leading complex home-based operations (e.g., ASIH, home healthcare, or home care)
• Experience in change management and development work
