Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational work for home healthcare during on-call hours
• Lead and manage your team to ensure qualitative and patient-safe care
• Lead and participate in local and collaborative meetings
• Responsible for deviation reporting and managing delegations
• Lead team meetings with assistant nurses and quality/development meetings with larger groups
• Lead nursing staff meetings
• Ensure core operations are conducted according to current regulations and guidelines
• Assess incoming referrals from health centers in a medically adequate manner

Requirements

• Registered District Nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Several years of experience in home healthcare
• Previous experience in a management/leadership role
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Experience with Epsilon
• Interest in patient safety and continuous development
