Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all quality initiatives and clinical governance within the hospital unit
• Implement and monitor quality management systems to ensure high standards of patient care
• Drive continuous improvement processes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to maintain operational excellence
• Analyze quality metrics and report findings to senior leadership to drive strategic improvements

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in hospital quality management
• Strong background in medical support or healthcare administration
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or hospital setting
