Unit Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, and challenge Fixed Costs to strengthen cost control and drive efficiency
• Lead the planning, updating, and follow-up of the site’s CAPEX plan to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Follow up on ongoing investment projects to verify progress, compliance, and financial impact
• Prepare clear and timely reports on project status, spending, timelines, and expected returns
• Provide advisory and consulting support to the plant’s administrative team on cost and overhead expense matters
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles to ensure accuracy
• Attend to all internal and external audit and compliance matters, ensuring full adherence to corporate requirements
• Analyze variances in financial results and support the implementation of actions to improve financial performance

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related Engineering field
• 2+ years of experience in cost analysis within the manufacturing industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Productive experience with SAP AP1
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Effective communication and influencing abilities
