Union Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer and donor service in person and by phone
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash, debit, and credit
• Receive, sort, and price incoming donations according to quality and safety standards
• Maintain merchandise flow by replenishing stock and assisting with inventory control
• Support store presentation through visual merchandising and maintaining a clean sales floor
• Follow established opening, closing, and security procedures to ensure safe operations

Requirements

• Completion of some high school
• Up to 3 months of related retail or customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
• Strong oral communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to undergo applicable background checks
