Union Commercial Water Heater Associate

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Transport and set-in-place Commercial Water Heaters
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to independently lift 50+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory
• Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation
• Familiarity with commercial water heater products
