Responsibilities
- Participate in a 6-month intensive apprenticeship program focused on Customer Development
- Work on challenging projects to pioneer new products, categories, and concepts
- Gain leadership experience by analyzing shopper trends, habits, and behaviors
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive business impact
- Engage in a supportive learning environment through experience, people, and formal training
Requirements
- Final year students or fresh graduates
- Indonesian Citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.30
- Strong leadership capability and active involvement in organizations
- A strong passion for working in the FMCG industry
- Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site apprenticeship from September 2026 to March 2027
