Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents – Customer Development (September 2026)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month intensive apprenticeship program focused on Customer Development
• Work on challenging projects to pioneer new products, categories, and concepts
• Gain leadership experience by analyzing shopper trends, habits, and behaviors
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive business impact
• Engage in a supportive learning environment through experience, people, and formal training

Requirements

• Final year students or fresh graduates
• Indonesian Citizenship
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.30
• Strong leadership capability and active involvement in organizations
• A strong passion for working in the FMCG industry
• Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site apprenticeship from September 2026 to March 2027
