Uniforms Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Uniforms Team, including staff scheduling, attendance, and holiday planning
• Manage stock accuracy, monitor movements for trends, and process re-stocking requests
• Implement cost control and optimization strategies to manage inventory rigorously
• Develop and document new operational procedures to streamline inventory and ensure on-camera appearance consistency
• Manage team performance through monthly KPIs, training, onboarding, and disciplinary documentation when necessary
• Engage with suppliers and conduct negotiations to maintain strong professional relationships
• Produce high-quality reports regarding operational performance and stock management issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management or coordination roles
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding inventory and appearance standards
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the fashion industry, textiles, or uniform design
• Proven experience in process improvement and streamlining inventory workflows
