Uniform Store Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary front-line contact for uniform entitlement holders, addressing queries and providing guidance on store policies.
• Manage system and physical transactions related to the receipt, issuance, and timely delivery of uniforms.
• Coordinate uniform issuance, including arranging alterations with tailors and ensuring proper documentation for audit compliance.
• Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principles and monitor aging stock to ensure timely utilization.
• Manage stock distribution and monitor levels to prevent shortages across internal stakeholders and outstations.
• Support periodic and random inventory counts, ensuring all SKUs are properly tagged and accounted for.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across customer service zones, fitting rooms, and storage facilities.
• Ensure secure disposal of returned branded uniforms in compliance with company safety and security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Minimum Degree level education.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically within Branded Retail or Distribution Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Oracle or SAP.
• Multi-linguistic skills.
• Experience interacting with Senior Management level stakeholders.
